NO!!!! I hate those style releases lol. I used one this previous year, and that part across the palm really gets in the way, that hand is pretty much useless when release is on.

Scott's are amazing releases IMO. If you shoot a D-loop, check out the silverhorn, they open style hook release. They are sweet, you can hook up to the string without looking and easily one handed. I love my Silverhorn and will be shooting one for a while now.
