How much land do you have and how many members do you have? Also is there any facilities (camp house , camper space, power) and how much per membership?
We have 1500 acres, we expect to have 6-8 members this year. We do not have any power or water, except from the creek. Plenty of camper space. I have mine parked out there. We're asking $1200 per member this year.
