Default cam lean and limbs

I am kind of hung up on the cam lean that my FX has. After looking things over and trying to figure out how to straighten the cam out I have come upon a few things that raise some questions.

First,I measured axle to axle and found that the measurement was 3/16" longer on the side of the cable opposite the cam lean.Is this too much?

Second,I noticed that the cam bushings were quite loose and a different thickness. The thinner bushing is on the side that the cam leans to, making the clearence tight to the limb, but not touching.Do the bushings center the cam in the limb or do they set the center shot of the string or both?

Why don' t they put bearings on the cams?

Do I have too much time on my hands? Ron
