I honestly dont know what I would have done. Predators have been killing the weak for millions of years. Is it the ethical thing to do?.......yes. Is it against the law?........yes. Fine line here. Do you settle your conscience and shoot the fawn or do you let nature take its course? In my mind I would have tried to do the right thing, but honestly what is the right thing here. If there is a disagreement on what the right thing is, then there is no right answer. You did what you felt was right. Dont beat yourself up about it and dont feel down on yourself for others are saying. The one for sure thing you did wrong was post it here. Next time be hypothetical.............
