I'm not a mechanical guy, but I have used several in the past. I prefer my broadheads to cut on impact versus having to open. The Spitfire XP Pros would be the best way to go if you have your heart set on shooting them.

Dan, do you recomend the Slick Tricks over the other fixed blades out there?
It's not like it was a few years ago. There are several quality heads on the market. I do think Slick Tricks are the best fixed blade on the market all things considered Flight, Toughness, Sharpness,and Awesome holes.
I have used ST's since 03 and my experience with them has been nothing but good. Gary has made improvements on them every year.
