Give me a break bigcountry. We didn't marry to "honor thy wife"....we married to honor EACH other and to support one another in their attempts to love life and all of its endeavors.....

What kind of "wife" would ask you to quit the thing you loved most besides her and the family? I mean really. As long as one's hobby is not drinking a 6 pack a night, then people should let them pursue happiness.

"But bottom line is if you got yourself in the situation where you hobby is more important than your spouse, then you got some serious problems. You should have thought of that crap before you got married and shouldn't have been married in the first place"


And again, give me a damn break....what are you a marriage counselor? Do people see into the future? I didn't know everything about my wife when we got married 7 years ago, I am still learning things about her each day. You sound like a preacher from the bible belt.
