Default RE: Hunting under the influence

I really don't know what to say, it's a bad deal all around. I had a good friend killed while looking for a wounded deer. He was called at work by this guy and asked if he would bring his dog to help look for the deer. The person who shot him was a real "Hot Dog", you know the type, they always have to be the one who shoots first, ect. well, he shot my friend with 00 buck, one pellet was all it took. He broke the golden rule, know your target, and whats beyond it. His actions affected so many lives its not funny. I know he did not mean to do it, but the judge did nothing. I feel the judge should have at least given him one year community service in which he would have to attend certified hunter safety courses across the state tostand before these students and tell them of this accident. It might prevent another tragic accident from happening. Be safe guy's.
