Your 1:48 Renegade barrel I bet will shoot the patched round ball (PRB) really good with the right load. I'd start with 70 or 80 gr of FFFg or FFg and work up to 100 gr. You may also want to try the 275 gr Maxihunters (not maxiballs).
But you never know what is going to shoot out of them until you try.
