RR your a wise man to have at least bought one ... I have a weakness for German hunting rifles ...I love my Browning FN Mauser made in 1967 ..and this Sauer will be a welcome addition ...however it will be used like a rifle is supposed to be ..it will be babied but it will be hunted with ...I have no use for a pistol or rifle that I can't use in the field ...Ill let you guy's know when it arrives
