I killed 2 coyotes this last winter with my bow. Both were called in with hand calls. I used 100 gr. spitfire on one and a 100 gr. rocket steel head on the other. Like some else before me said, I' ve killed many a coyote called in using rifle, but to call and take them with a bow is like no other. I shot one with a direct head on head shot at 13 yrds. and the other was the complete opposite, I released on him as he was trying to get away at about 20 yrds., and it went in just below his " brown" eye. Had quite a tracking job on that one, but we got him.
