When I shot it through a chronograph it was 277fps with a 512gr arrow

What heads are you going to use with this bow and will your set-up change any for hunting?
I'm shooting field points. If I shoot a broadhead it will most likely be a muzzy 3 blade

I have to ask " What is the LET-OFF "?

No problem. Let-off is when the cams roll over and give more leverage. Thisallows the limbs to be compressed with less effort.
This bow can be set to have anywhere from 65 to 80% let-off. Which means it is Dingo friendly, sort of.
