I use 4 types ,
i have a plastic hessian bag filled with old clothes and it stops arrows brilliantly ,
i have a small layered foam target which i shoot dots on also good stopping power ,
i have hessian bagtarget thats full of Foam offcuts . Arrows go through the middle , but if i shoot it length ways its ok i suppose and i have a big layered foam target 90cm x 90cm , which is useless against my X-force ( arrows bury right upto fletch and further at times ) .

I found the target i made myself , works the best
