I understand exactly what you are saying, but he himself has a right to express his own opinion, He shouldnt keep to himself just because he is a soldier.... If his personality consists of voicing his opinion then by all means, he is fighting for his own rights also...
What gives him the right to deface someone else's property, NOTHING! Its called self respect, its what I teach my 12 year old son!! What he did was wrong, plain and simple!
