Using a lighter arrow will give the bow more hand shock.You can try a Carbon Express Heritage 150(.500 & 10gr/inch),leave full-length,use a 125gr or heavier head,and tune from there.A 28" 2016 aluminum with a 125gr point and 3-4" feathers will weigh in around 472 +/- also.If you wanted to use a 2016,I'd leave it at 30"
