Its less about the bow and more about the shooter. We had a shoot out a few weeks ago, the guy who won 1st place in the seinor bowhunter fingers division was shootin a Golden eagle predator he bought about 15 years ago from Wal-mart, most everyone else in the class had Mathews, Hoyt, PSE, etc!
