you are right...the scout is the real deal.....we always shoot the scout....

I would... Use to hunt a pecan grove years ago. I got to where I could call them in by mouth. We would sit in the bushes let the scouts come and go, then let 30-40 come in and land then BOOM. Several times we got to empty our guns twice on one group.
