At that short a draw there is no reason why you couldn't shoot an arrow with a .500" spine deflection. If considering Easton/Beman and you want a little heavier arrow then any of them marked 500 should work. There are lots of choices that vary in quality, price, shaft weight, straightness, etc.
Gold Tip would call for an XT-3555 or Expedition 3555.
Frankly, each manufacturer make an arrow for you. You just have to look at thei respective spine charts and pick one that suits you. Most charts will list the weight of a shaft, too. All you need to do is add the weight of the compnents you'll use.
