If you go with Easton arrows, get a 400 series and don't cut it too short if you want to go with 100 grain heads. Of if you want to cut them to 26", you will be better offwith a 125 grain head. I would go with the Axis series - not cheap, but great arrows and the small diameter penetrates real well - weight is just about perfect for hunting. They weigh about 9.0 gpi in the 400 series -which will put your finished arrow weight, with a 100 grain tip, at about 400 grains.
