Default CVA Customer Service

After having accuracy issues with my CVA Optima Pro, I was instructed by CVA to clean the barrel using a process that they recommended. I did exactly as they said and that didn't help so they told me to return my gun. Well, a couple of weeks passed and I decided to give them a call and was told that it would be about three weeks from the time that they received it before they could get to it. UPS shows up the next day with my gun[:-]. The gun had obviously not been fired and there was a note inside that said "Clean barrel with CVA Product #????..." I called them up and asked them what in the world was going on, that gun was as clean as one can get when I sent it to them. The service manager apologized and said that because they didn't have a 29", nickle, fluted barrel in stock that they would be sending me a brand new gun. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I would have been perfectly happy with just a barrel replacement but he insisted on sending a new gun. They had obviously mistaken my gun for someone elses because as I said, that thing was clean when it left my house. I just talked to sabotloader and he gave me some break-in instructions so maybe this one will be a shooter. We shall see.
