You missed two of the best cartridges for deer/elk/moose out to 250-300yards the 35 Whelen (sailing whelen) and the 358 Win. Now your lists is pretty well complete! Oh the 35 Rem is a real hammer on all three out to 100-125 yards a 358 cal 200/220gr at 2200fps way out classes the 30-30 on elk and moose.
I was just updating someone elses lists I would have put a lot more cartridges out there.
