If it puts them in the black(read deer boiler room) the cost is of little or no difference. Scratches or dents all tell a story, sometimes good,sometimes bad. I don't consider any of my guns strictly for show since I use them all including a custom made flinter that set me back $1600. Why have it if you don't use it? If it shoots good,I'm happy,if it doesn't, it doesn't stay here very long.
