Default RE: Antlers in April

ORIGINAL: Redneck Bill

Not baiting, feeding.Baiting refers to hunting over bait, which is illegal unless the food is removed at least 10 days prior to hunting and this feeder is in an area, near the house that is never hunted anyway.

Please get back to the topic. What would cause a deer to still have antlers when I am seeing bucks starting to grow velvet?
amen.

no velvet here yet. not even bumps.

my guess is 99.9% of bucks have dropped their antlers. this is the .1%. If ever deer that people thoughT was an antlered doe really was one, they'd be EVERYWHERE!
