here is a thought. What are the file types? .bmp are huge. You should be able to "save as" and select jpg and the file type then try seeing how big they are just remember where you save them. I usualy save them to my desktop so I can find them easily.

You can try sending one at a time.

The other option is the photobucket thing.

I'll look real quick for a phot resizer online. Usualy they require jpg's too.
