Because of the rifling in the barrel you would never get a consistant pattern. The shot would lead up the bore as it moves up the barrel over the rifling, and because of the caliber you would only have a very short range, small game load. If you want to shoot something like that look for a smoothbore in .62 caliber. That is a 20 gauge. Although T/C makes a .56 caliber smoothbore that works for small game real well...
