Default Aggrevation! all help welcome!

so after two full days of hunting hard i have nothing to show for it other than some good footage of a strutting hen.
Here is the problem.
i have 23 acres all wooded, the problem being that the turkeys are roosting and strutting on my neighbors who has a 100 acre cattle pature.
And no he will not let me hunt it. so all i can do is set up as close as i can to the fence line and hope i can get one to come take a look. i have seen at least 5 different gobblers in this pasture. i am honed in on one but will be happy to take any of them. two of them have thier own personal harem of hens. gobbling is decent on the roost but slow down to almost non-exsitint into the morning.
What else can i do other than setting up close to the property line.
also i am in missouri and cannot hunt the afternoon.
