Don't even think about a dropaway for a fingers release. It isn't going to do a single thing for you. If you do eventually decide to go with a release, then you might want to consider the dropaway.

I give the exact same advice about whisker bisquits. Watch these videos of finger released arrows and tell me how a whisker bisquit can possibly work for shooting fingers.

So... If you have someone tell you wb's are good for shooting fingers, stick your fingers in your ears and shout "LA LA LA LA" until they go away. If they don't go away, RUN FOR IT! No telling what people that crazy are capable of.

Personally, I prefer simple flipper rests, like the NAP Centerest flipper, or go upscale a bit with something like the Cavalier FreeFlyte. Almost all top flight fingers shooters use flippers of some sort. I've done a lot of really good shooting with a plain springie rest too, but I can't recommend one of those if you shoot plastic vanes.
