I do all mine. Its a habit. But if you are using a glass sandwich bow (by sandwich I mean wood lams sandwiched between two layers of glass), or all glass bow, or carbon sandwiched bow, you dont have to worry about it. If you shoot all wood bows, yes, always unstring.
