NY has the same restriction and the 3 blade Rage has been deemed illegal to use. The 2 blade rage however folds forward well beyond that 45 degree angle so it's all good.
Good to know! I think the people who I know thathave been hunting with them, have been doing it illegally (I'll let them know).
