I have a 2002 BKII that I bought in September last year. The only complaint i have is the finish. Not good at all, I hunt with mine, shoot it every day and the finish is wearing bad down the sides of both limbs and around the limb pockets. It is getting shiny like you describe. I didn' t bother e mailing them, says right in the manual they don' t warranty the finish. I would imagine I am going to have to spray paint mine before next bow season. I love the bow but that is a pretty cheap and unprofessional job for a high end product.
