No, I havn't been there in a few years but its on my "hit list" for this season. I am going to be spending alot of time fishing the state this spring/early summer. I plan on visiting my buddy in Lancaster for a week and doing a bunch of fishing out that way as well as hitting up Fishing Creek in Lock Haven and I gotta make a trip up north to fish Tionesta and the Clarion River. Maybe I will head to Blacklegs on Sunday, if I do, I will let you know how it is.
