Not sure if you can get these where you are, but "Strong Built" makes a good, sturdy ladder stand. The models I have are 15' to the stand platform with a shooting rail that can be moved out of the way. I'm guessing it weighs about 70#. I am 6'1" and 275#. It has plenty of room for me and is rated 300#. Looks to me to be over engineered ... which is a good thing.I think I paid about $125 each. Summit makes a great ladder. It is a bit pricey but it is rock solid and easy to set up. I think it is about 15' ... $200 +/-.
