first, hunters doing this are NOT POACHERS ,they are average dad or uncle,cousin etc.
these are not bad people only people that are trying to see that their kids get a deer or CREW gets the meat.
If they are tagging deer illeagely,
they are poachers!!!
And they are teaching their kids to poach.

Unbeleivable that Sproul would defend the poachers that abuse the law while still demanding that we change it and consequently penalize kids that do obey the law. Sad, really sad.[:'(]
