I'll tell you what i do, there are many ways to do this. I use a jake and a jenny. I always keep the decoys within 10 - 15 yards from me. I try to figure out which direction the bird will come from. You do not want the decoys to be set up between you and the Tom. He will be looking right at you and likely bust you. If i get desperate, i add 2 silhouette hens to my set up and put the Jake mounting the other full body jenny. Read all the magazines you can get your hands on and try out different things. Good luck.
