I completely agree that its the girls. Guys will tell you exactly what they want, and granted sometimes you boys do some strange things for reasons we might not always understand, we are still crazy about you. Girls have strange little hints that they try to drop to guys, that the guys almost never get and then the girl gets mad at the guy when he doesn't come through. Girls, go easy on the guys. They're not mind-readers. They're human.
