Once you get settled in with that gun a bit... I would really suggest you call Knight and decribe your problem to them... especially using this sentance
There was one of them I couldn't even get past the crown, and two others that when I finally did get past, there were plastic shavings left from the sabot.
Nobody wants to send a brand new rifle back - but at times it needs to be done...
Seriously call Knight and describe the probem to them... that part is free.
The only reason I felt a
little comfortable re-working my crown is that I have done crown work before using
Underclocked as a the director. This job I did not have the guts to get the power equipment out - just turned the hone by hand...
