I have watched the show a few times, I don't particularly care for it. That being said I admire the guy for being who he is and doing what he wants.

He hunts sort of old school, like Fred Bear hunted. Ethics were a bit different then, they often took shots at game many of us would cringe at. This is also the way a lot of the current hunters hunt as well. I don't believe this site gives an honest view of the general hunting public, at least not the one I have seen anyway. Most of us here are much more technical and conscious of what we are doing. I don't really feel most hunters are like that. You have to be honest a lot of the people on this site are not really country people or real "hicks". Most work in offices and that kind of stuff. I would bet the majority of the real hunting public probably doesn't even go online, let alone spend half the day on a hunting site. Most of my friends that hunt don't even own computers, and if they do they are not quite sure how they work.
