Charlie I am not trying to be a smart arse, LOL Shocking I know. If I understand the question WH ask.

Once setup what are the different tatics in calling Turkey's with a gun, or with a bow.
To me with both you want to get the bird inside 40 yds, I'm I wrong? I am complete rookie with turkey's. Now with a gun one is more mobile, but you still have to call the bird within 40 yds.

BTW I am sure there are bowhunters who are just as mobile, I am not one of them So with a gun I may "setup" differnet, but I am calling the same.

Like Jeff said it depands more on the birds in your area.
