I know it wouldn't be right but,if you catch him in he's stand during deer season sneak in with a chainsaw start it up and put it close to the tree like you were going to cut it down . Then tell him this it's your last chance fool stay off my land are you and the stand are coming down together.That should scare the h'''''''''' out of him .Sorry just a thought
