Default RE: Buffalo Bore Ammo

They are fine, any decent revolver wont have any problems. I've used that very same load to take 3 whitetails with my 6" ruger gp100. As accurate as any load I've tried in it around 3-4" at 50 yds.(probably limited by my shooting). I would say that it still isn't an "ideal" deer load. Had to move up to a 44 this year because I prefer a bigger hole for blood. Dont get me wrong they kill fine and quick, but not too much of a blood trail. Of the three I shot, only one had a decent blood trail. The other two were found by searching the woods for a couple hours, even though none went more than 75 yards.

I would also say that of all the available 357 ammo, it is by far the best for hunting.
