Yeah I never really knew what my grip looked like until I saw these pictures.......I don't particualrly care for the tension in my ring and pinky fingers but it's a very loose, fairly high wrist grip and hand angle just like I do use on my compound. Its th eonly grip I know. LOL And no the bow has no handshock and isn't violent at all on the shot. I just let it do it's thing without clamping down on it.
I might cnage my finger pattern slightly and keep them a little looser but it will always just be that basic open grip with some light index finger pressure.
This bow is the one I've been looking for, it shoots right where I look, is whisper quiet and smoooooooooth shooting. Very fast too, as the 520gr arrows were getting to the 35-40 yard targets with some authority.
I don't have a ton of experience with different makes but I know enough to know that this one is top shelf stuff.
It's another "Keeper" for the collection, as will be the Super Kodiak in the picture. It just has some good weekend mojo to it that will make me want to keep it.
