Jim....It's my understanding that food plots were once illegal in PA (if you intended to hunt over or near them). Is that true?
No idea my about old laws I'm farming so I don't worry about baiting laws. I could shoot any deer I want any time of year for crop damage.[

I'm just a piss poor farmer and don't get my crops harvested in a timely manner.
