Default RE: Simple question....Do you hunt "Baited" animals?

ORIGINAL: GMMAT

I am asking the person that planted them .
So let me get this straight.......If the intent of the planter is to make a buck off whatever he plants......it's not baiting?

Or...if attracting deer is simply a side-effect of the planting......it's not baiting....no matter the hunter's intent for setting up where he does?
Is an oak tree that drops acorns that grow into more oak tress baiting? Is a honeysuckle vine that propagates itself baiting?

Once again IMO, the purpose, the reason, the food source was planted/placed determines what it is.

If a hunter's intent is to setup on a rubline is the rubline now bait?
