I did chamfer the hole that the rod goes through
The rod shouldn't back out with this stopper
The assembly should weigh in at around 1 1/2 ounces now. I weighed it at work on a very sensitive scale with a different rubber piece and it was 1.77 ounces but that was before I did some hole drillin' and ball end millin'
