Only the strong survive and pass their genes on. When they compete for food,the weak will die and the strong survives. Well they are eliminating this factor by killing off so many deer that they don't have to compete for food. Now the weak will survive and pass their genes on also. This here will create a better chance for these deerto catch diseases. I believe they are now doing more damage control than QMC. Just because the deer heards are in so called healthy numbers does not mean the animals are the fiittest that can be in the herds. They have no idea what they are doing. They are doing more harm to our deer heards than they thought about. Out west the deer don't have to worry about snow storms as much as they do here. Let's say we get hit by a good storm here and the deer can't move to feed for a week. The genes of the weak deer that was passed along will mostly take them deers lives. Mother nature will take care of them and has allways got rid of the weak and the strong survive. It's not so much like that any more. We eliminated the need for them to compete and survive. They had to know about this or thought about this before they got carried away. Sometimes when you think you are helping something you are really do more harm in the long run.
