well today was the first day of yoath seasson here in kentucky. me couple of my buddys went out on my papaws land that is filled with turkeys and set up on a field edge where we new they was roosted. when daylight rolled around we found out they was directly in front of us on the other side of the field. birds were gobblin there heads off. after tryin to work a bird for a few hours the flawk went across the lil ridge in the field and we decided to stalk the gobbler of the group. useally stalkin turkeys dosnt work, but when u take an old fan and walk behind it it definetly works. the bird saw the fan and came chargin in and i took my shot at aprox. 5 steps. another second and we'd been getin flogged. overall i had a great hunt.
