RE: Winchester pre 64?
I'd need a much more detailed description. If by "good" you mean NRA Good, then the price would be much too high. I sold a Pre 64 Model 70 30-06 last year at auction. The blueing was probably 95%, but the forearm had a fairly large chip out of it. It brought about $700.00 which I thought was entirely too high based on the stock, but evidently the buyer and the guy bidding against him didn't.
