I found that there was not that much difference in the tuning but I am also using the MZE I have been using them now for 3 months and have not had to retune the nock system I have had to retie the reciever to the string tho but that was my fault I did not have it tight enough to begin with.
As for sideways kick the only time my arrows kick to the side is when I forget and punch the trigger other than that they are like darts zipping down range.

When I first installed them I lost 5fps out of the bow but on a comparisson I have gained 7fps at 35yds my longer range groups have tightened right up 2 1/2" groups at 40yds
