I'll have to side with Quick on this one. The biggest advances yet to come are with arrows. Arrows that are light yet durable, stiff, and straight enough to shoot safely.
The bows, well, the manufacturers can make them more comfortable to shoot, but I doubt any faster.
I really regret getting rid of my Blacknight, evil little thing it was. I do appreciate the 7.25" brace on the Equalizer, however.
