I broke one of mine and got a really nice fiberglass splinter in my hand. I ended up taking a turkey with my bow so it was worth it! FYI it was an Ameristep. Also I ordered new poles for it and they were a bit on the short side as well. However I think it could be that the blind material has expanded, but maybe not... Oh well such is life...
