Never even seen those before but, yeah, I guess it is similiar.

I did use a Mill and Lathe to do it right. An angle finder was a must for the circles milled out. The rest requires a tap set and some calibers! LOL. I am sure someone out there can do it with a ruler, drill, hacksaw and some bubble gum but I am not that talented. I am going to start another one tomorrow!
